We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Store Manager to support our team at Sunglass Hut.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading, guiding, and developing their team to achieve and surpass store targets.

They will foster a culture of continuous improvement through coaching and training, implement visual merchandising strategies and promotional updates.

Providing exceptional customer service and product knowledge is essential, as well as creating a safe and welcoming environment for staff and customers.

To be successful in this role, you will require previous supervisory or leadership experience, preferably in retail. Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs is also required.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience by providing excellent service and ensuring that customer needs are met.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team by setting clear goals and expectations, providing regular feedback and coaching, and recognizing and rewarding outstanding performance.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs by implementing effective visual merchandising strategies, managing inventory levels, and analyzing sales data to inform business decisions.
