At The Star Gold Coast, we are seeking a Premium Services Host to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to build memorable connections with our guests and provide exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will be the face of our premium gaming experiences, promoting member benefits and addressing guest inquiries across all areas of our business.
This role requires a high-level of attention to detail and excellent communication skills to ensure a positive experience for our guests.
- Respond to all guest enquiries and requests in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the gaming promotions and services
- Utilise multiple systems to manage memberships and Private Gaming Room access
- Assist in conducting Gaming Promotions & Draws
- Promote Safer Gambling & Monitor the Responsible Service of Alcohol
- Support the Hosting team with Meet & Greet and Farewell arrangements for interstate and international VIP members
We offer competitive Hourly rate, plus penalty rates for weekends and public holidays, as well as five weeks of paid Annual Leave for shift workers.
