We are seeking a Customer Experience Ambassador to join our team. As a key member of our sales floor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive shopping experience.
About the Role- Key Responsibilities:
- Create a welcoming environment for customers and provide personalized assistance with product recommendations and demonstrations.
- Process transactions accurately and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Assist customers in discovering the features and benefits of our CRM program.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with skincare, haircare, beauty, and wellness products.
