Cancer Care Pharmacist Opportunity

  • This position is based at St Andrews Private Hospital, where you will be part of a multidisciplinary team dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care.
  • You will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced pharmacists, doctors, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive medication management for patients receiving cancer treatments.
  • The successful candidate will possess excellent clinical skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for providing specialized patient care.
  • A Bachelor of Pharmacy degree or equivalent, along with current registration with AHPRA, is essential for this role.
  • You will also need to demonstrate high-level computer literacy, including systems knowledge of CHARM, Merlin, and Microsoft Office.
  • In addition, previous experience and/or formal study in cancer care and complex aseptic compounding are highly regarded.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Pharmacy degree or equivalent.
