As a Cancer Care Pharmacist, you will play a critical role in leading the medication management for cancer patients at our hospital. You will be responsible for compounding, dispensing, and clinical verification of medications, as well as providing patient-specific recommendations.
This is an advanced position that allows you to practice at full scope and provide comprehensive care to patients receiving cancer treatments. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered services, emphasizing medication safety and optimization.
To succeed in this role, you will require a Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent, unconditional Pharmacist Registration with AHPRA, and high level computer literacy. Experience and/or formal study in cancer care and complex aseptic compounding are highly regarded.
