Early Childhood Educator

This role offers a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact in the lives of young children. As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a vital part in crafting and enhancing exceptional learning programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our little learners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement high-quality educational programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework.
  • Build strong, secure attachments with a small group of children, promoting consistent relationships and supporting individual development.
  • Collaborate with Senior Educators and Educational Leaders to ensure seamless program delivery and excellence in child outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
  • Current NSW Working with Children Check.
