Location: Melbourne

The Transfer Pricing Manager at PKF Australia plays a pivotal role in our Tax service division, reporting directly to Directors and Partners. This position is primarily focused on fulfilling the transfer pricing consulting and compliance requirements of our diverse clientele, which includes both small to medium enterprises and large multinational corporations.

About the Role

We are on the lookout for dedicated professionals who possess a genuine enthusiasm for Transfer Pricing. In this role, you will be responsible for advising clients on various aspects such as business restructures, planning for international projects, managing tax authority reviews, and ensuring compliance with regulatory obligations.

Key Responsibilities

  • • Utilize advanced transfer pricing principles along with business, economic, and financial expertise to address client challenges effectively.
  • • Oversee project engagements and maintain strong relationships with clients on a daily basis.
  • • Evaluate transfer pricing analyses, documentation, and models prepared by team members.
  • • Assist Partners with intricate engagements, including transfer pricing reviews, audits, and Advance Pricing Arrangements with relevant tax authorities.
  • • Engage in discussions with clients and tax authorities to facilitate smooth operations.
  • • Provide mentorship, training, and development opportunities for team members.

Qualifications Required

  • A degree in Business, Commerce, or Law, or a Master’s in Taxation.
  • CA Qualified or accredited by the Tax Institute.
  • Possession of preferred work rights in Australia.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in transfer pricing or taxation consulting.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and problem-solving skills.
  • A commendable work ethic and commitment to excellence.
