**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our impact and innovation efforts. As an Impact and Innovation Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a monitoring, evaluation, and learning framework that drives organisational growth and improvement.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading MEL initiatives in not-for-profit sectors, with expertise in building organisational evaluation cultures and developing the capacity of staff at all levels.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive MEL framework that aligns with organisational goals and objectives.
  • Lead the development and implementation of a whole-of-organisation MEL framework, including the establishment of policies, practices, and standards.
  • Build the MEL capacity of managers and other staff across the organisation.
  • Provide advice, guidance, and practical support to senior staff members to ensure seamless integration of the MEL framework in strategic planning.
  • Establish and manage an annual budget for Impact and Innovation.
  • Foster and manage productive partnerships with key external stakeholders.

**Requirements:**

  • Tertiary qualification in Human Service or relevant discipline with an evaluation and monitoring component.
  • Demonstrated experience leading MEL of program and projects in the not-for-profit sectors.
  • Strong demonstrated ability in building an organisational evaluation culture, including building the capacity of staff at all levels in the use of monitoring and evaluation approaches.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to work with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Computer literacy and prior experience using a range of office software, including Word, Excel, and SPSS.
  • Project coordination skills and relevant recent experience.
  • Willingness to obtain a Blue Card and a national criminal history check prior to commencement of employment.
  • Current First Aid and CPR qualifications and driver's licence.
