About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to lead our Digital Acquisitions team in acquiring vehicles from private sellers and car dealers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive successful vehicle acquisition through digital channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and launch digital acquisition products and services that generate new customers and revenue opportunities.
  • Use analytics and digital tools to track the effectiveness of digital acquisition efforts and refine strategies to improve return on investment.
  • Develop and communicate your understanding of target audiences and the digital landscape to continuously adapt and optimize acquisition tactics.
  • Translate prioritized objectives into user flows, workflows, user interfaces, and product releases.
  • Drive product releases into market with different divisions within Pickles.
  • Track product success and adjust/tweak/refine products to keep customers coming back for more.
About You

We are looking for a candidate with a strong understanding of Agile frameworks and product management tools. You should have excellent analytical skills and the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights. Strong leadership skills and experience managing cross-functional teams are also essential. Knowledge of the automotive or vehicle inspection industry is highly desirable.

The successful candidate will work between the Pickles city office in Sydney and the Jeal offices in St Mary's for collaboration with key stakeholders, as well as have hybrid working arrangements.
