About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Team Leader to join our team at WorkFocus Australia. As a Regional Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and coaching a team of Consultants, overseeing their performance and quality, and exploring new opportunities and growth areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach a team of Consultants to achieve exceptional results and deliver high-quality services.
  • Oversee the team's performance and quality, ensuring that all services meet the highest standards.
  • Identify and explore new opportunities and growth areas to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Mentor and train junior staff members to develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Provide advice and coaching on case management practices, while managing a case load of your own.
  • Identify Return To Work barriers and design, implement, and monitor programs to assist injured employees return to the workforce.

Requirements

  • Qualifications and registration in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, or Rehab Counselling.
  • Current vehicle and driver's license, with ability to travel for work.
  • At least 2 years experience in workers compensation, rehabilitation, and occupational health and safety legislation.
  • Proven written and verbal communication skills to confidently liaise with insurers, medical practitioners, employers, and employees.
  • Evidence of accurate information gathering and analysis to provide thorough and comprehensive assessments.
  • Ability to consistently provide high-level customer service and grow business through increased referrals.
  • Proven organisation and time management skills.
