Workplace Safety Professional

The Central Australian Aboriginal Congress is seeking a dedicated Workplace Safety Professional to oversee the development and implementation of WHS systems and processes across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure that all WHS legal and system requirement changes are identified, updated and communicated to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Maintain and monitor safety management systems to guarantee they remain current, user-intuitive, meet legislative business requirements, and are integrated into existing business practices where possible.
- Coordinate WHS promotional activities across the organisation to promote a culture of workplace safety.
- Provide expert advice on WHS matters, including policy and procedures, incident management, and safety conditions.
This role offers a competitive salary range of $85,176 - $99,333 per annum, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes six weeks' annual leave, 9.5% superannuation, generous salary packaging options, and access to the Congress health services for you and your family at no cost.
