This is a unique opportunity to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition Team and contribute to the company's growth. As a Business Development & Talent Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying and developing business opportunities, managing client relationships, and providing talent advisory services.
Key Responsibilities- Pitch tailored recruitment solutions to C-level executives and manage client relationships to unlock growth opportunities.
- Learn and grow in talent acquisition and sourcing, staying ahead of market trends and representing the brand at events.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to drive business growth and success.
- Experienced in B2B sales, business development, or recruitment, with a strong track record of delivering results.
- A confident communicator who thrives on building genuine relationships and can pitch, negotiate, and close deals effectively.
- Motivated by KPIs and results-driven, with knowledge of business services and corporate functions.
