Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Project Director to lead our IT projects from inception to delivery. This key role will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion, and exceeding client expectations.

About the Role:

  • This position requires significant experience in IT project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Experience in leading IT transformation initiatives, including SaaS platform deployments and digital transformations is highly desirable.
  • The ideal candidate will have expertise in Salesforce - Field Service Management module and other similar technologies.
  • This role also involves managing vendor relationships, both locally and globally, and fostering strong partnerships to drive project success.
  • Strong financial management skills, including forecasting and budget tracking are essential for this role.
  • Effective stakeholder management is critical, including chairing workshops and steering committees to ensure alignment and buy-in.
  • A background in Agile and Waterfall methodologies is required, with the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
