About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join our Sydney team on a 6-month fixed-term contract to assist with collections and debt recovery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with collections and escalation of overdue debt
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Maintain high levels of customer service and satisfaction
  • Coordinate banking transactions and maintain clear transaction records
  • Follow up to resolve unallocated or disputed items
  • Generate reports and perform account reconciliations

Requirements

  • Prior experience in accounts receivable, ideally in a high-volume environment working with small business customers using SAP
  • Ability to work autonomously and to deadlines
  • High level of attention to detail
