At REO Group, we are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our dynamic team. As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing receipts, allocations, and the accounts receivable aged trial balance, ensuring the company's financial health.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage receipts, prepare banking sheets, and maintain accurate records of incoming payments.
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls regarding account status and payment inquiries.
  • Conduct complex customer account reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
  • Resolve customer queries promptly and professionally to maintain positive relationships.
  • Prepare and send out monthly statements to customers, ensuring timely follow-ups on overdue accounts.
  • Monitor and maintain the accounts receivable aged trial balance, highlighting discrepancies for investigation.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure accurate order processing and account management.
  • Provide ad hoc reporting and support to business stakeholders, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Experience in similar roles, with high-level reconciliation skills and a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills for effective customer interactions.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workloads independently.
