
Driving Growth Across Digital Channels

We're seeking a talented professional to drive revenue and contribute to our dynamic team focused on scaling eCommerce brands.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing growth strategies, managing pipelines, running sales calls, and creating alignment with our goals.
- Develop overall growth strategy for the agency (monthly and yearly revenue targets)
- Manage inbound and outbound pipelines (warm leads and cold outreach via Pipedrive)
- Run discovery and sales calls (confidently discussing numbers and pricing)
- Create and execute sales strategies aligned with agency goals
- Prepare proposals via Ignition and manage client billing alongside Operations
- Keep agency revenue and lead trackers up to date and optimized
- Oversee paid ad strategy (Media Team to run campaigns)
- Own lead-gen for 4 services: Full Management, Paid Media, EDM, and DUNK League
- Collaborate with EDM and design teams on flows (welcome, nurture, re-engagement)
- Script and plan creative ads for Meta, with the creative team
- Build/brief high-converting landing pages in ClickFunnels
- Ensure sales funnels and onboarding processes are optimized
- Manage tools: Pipedrive, ClickFunnels, ManyChat, Zapier
- Oversee website updates and optimization with external developers
- Write captions, schedule content, maintain an 8 posts/month cadence, and stories
- Build and manage our content bank (photo and video assets)
- Hunt down the best eComm/marketing events (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.)
- Plan DUNK's participation for maximum visibility and networking
- Represent DUNK on stage and speak at events and panels
- Lead onboarding for new Paid Media, EDM, and UGC clients
- Run eCommerce strategy calls
- Deliver profitability analyses and growth plans for clients
- Mentor and coach DUNK employees with the Lead Media Manager
- Level up the team's skills across client comms, sales training, and industry best practices
- Proven eCommerce or agency experience (must-have)
- Deep knowledge of paid media (Meta and Google), Klaviyo EDM, profitability models
- Energetic, quick-thinking, positive team player
- Confident communicator, comfortable leading sales calls and strategy sessions
- Systems proficiency: Pipedrive, ClickFunnels, ManyChat, Zapier
- Social media savvy with hands-on content experience
- Numbers-driven, organized, KPI-focused
- Full autonomy to shape growth strategy
