As a senior software developer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of digital services in Australia. Our high-impact transformation program is seeking experienced professionals to join a dynamic, multi-disciplinary scrum team delivering robust, scalable Salesforce-based solutions that improve outcomes for Australians.

Job Description

This exciting opportunity involves developing and delivering high-quality Salesforce Vlocity components and solutions. You will collaborate with UI/UX experts, solution architects, and accessibility specialists to ensure seamless integration and maximum impact.

The ideal candidate will possess strong understanding of object-oriented programming, frameworks, and design patterns. Experience with integrations, such as REST APIs and platform events, is also essential. Salesforce certifications, proficiency with source control tools, and package-based development are highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver high-quality Salesforce Vlocity components and solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and excellence.
  • Participate in daily scrum activities and agile ceremonies to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Ensure adherence to coding standards and governance through code reviews.
  • Support CI/CD, DevOps, and test automation practices to optimize delivery.
  • Share knowledge and mentor team members to build internal capability.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience with Salesforce Vlocity using Apex, LWC, Omniscripts, Flexcards, Integration Procedures, and DataRaptors.
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, frameworks, and design patterns.
  • Experience with integrations (REST APIs, Platform Events).
  • Salesforce certifications: Platform Developer I & II, Omnistudio Developer.
  • Proficiency with source control tools (e.g., GitLab) and package-based development.
