  • Experience leveraging and championing out-of-the-box functionality and configuration over coding whenever possible.

  • Experience tracking and troubleshooting errors in development and configuration.
COLLABORATING, MENTORING and LEADING
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and ability to tailor messages for different audiences. Desirable
  • Experience making persuasive, evidence-based recommendations for decision-making. Desirable
  • Ability to work closely with vendors and internal/external stakeholders, developing positive relationships. Desirable
  • Ability to collaborate within a fast-paced project team and maintain positive relationships.
SUPPORT and SUSTAINMENT
  • Experience transitioning projects to sustainment. Highly desirable
  • Experience providing technical assistance and end-user troubleshooting.
KNOWLEDGE and EXPERIENCE
  • Service Cloud
  • Experience Cloud
  • Public Sector Solutions. Highly desirable
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality.
TOOLS and PROCESS
  • Experience with Azure DevOps. Highly desirable
  • Experience tracking and progressing tasks using Agile, Kanban, or Scrum frameworks. Highly desirable
  • Experience using version control and advanced CI/CD tooling.

Active in the Salesforce community and committed to staying updated with the latest features, issues, and vulnerabilities.
