Key Responsibilities- Respond to sales and after-sales enquiries, providing guidance and support to customers.
- Contribute to sales activities, including pre-qualification and follow-up, meet and greet assistance with qualification.
- Assist in maintaining accurate records and systems, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
- Provide a welcoming and helpful interface between the team and key internal and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to the delivery of agreed enquiry conversion rate from enquiry to deposit to settle per project.
- Maintain and update sales systems and processes to maximise enquiry conversion and minimise cancellations of deposits.
- Enhance Stockland's leadership position and reputation in the industry through sustainable sales practices and adherence to the structured sales process.
- You have a strong face-to-face customer service background, with experience in sales, hospitality, or retail environments.
- You are eager to learn, grow, and develop a career in sales and customer service.
- You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- You are motivated to work independently or as part of a team, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- You have a reliable vehicle and a full driver's license.
