Enterprise Risk Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned risk professional to join our Enterprise Risk Team, supporting the implementation and refinement of our comprehensive Risk Management Framework across all business units.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with cross-functional teams to implement and continuously enhance the Risk Management Framework
- Deliver high-quality risk insights and reporting for Executive and Board stakeholders
- Oversee the incident management process, providing oversight and support to stakeholders in response to incidents and escalations
- Collaborate with first-line teams to elevate risk ownership and capability
- Contribute to key regulatory activities, including the Risk Management Declaration and compliance initiatives
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of risk management frameworks, practices, and regulatory standards (especially APRA regulations)
- Experience operating in or advising across multiple lines of defence, with a solid working knowledge of risk governance structures
- Effective stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
