Business Faculty Leader Role

The Business Faculty Leader will play a key role in driving academic excellence and innovation within the faculty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive academic achievement and improve student outcomes.
  • Lead a team of teachers to deliver high-quality business education programs.
  • Collaborate with other faculties to enhance curriculum development and implementation.
  • Provide pedagogical leadership and mentorship to teachers to improve teaching practice.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with industry partners to enhance student learning opportunities.
  • Monitor and report on student performance and progress against targets.

Requirements:

  • Teaching degree in business or related field.
  • Proven leadership experience in an educational institution.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to promoting a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
