Senior Lecturer in Educational Leadership

As a key member of the academic faculty, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences in Educational Leadership.
- Contribute to student-centered approaches in teacher education, teaching improvement, professional experience, and educational leadership.
- Enhance student experiences through innovative methodologies, emerging technologies, and flexible delivery modes including face-to-face, blended, and online formats.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver impactful teaching and learning initiatives, educational design, and leadership in relevant areas.
- Develop and teach innovative curricula, contributing to both discipline-specific and broader Faculty programs.
- Support Faculty research through high-quality publications, successful grant applications, and leadership in colleagues' research activities.
- Engage in the scholarship of teaching by reflecting on practice and participating in professional development activities to inform teaching.
- Foster collaboration across Faculties, engage in community and professional activities, and contribute to the University's profile and values.
Requirements:
- PhD in Educational Leadership or a related field.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively in a team environment.
