Procurement Specialist: Drive Supply Chain Excellence

This role is accountable for planning and executing purchasing of goods and materials to meet internal and external demand.
- Coordinate the supply chain to meet customer requirements, ensuring timely delivery and minimal disruptions.
- Verify purchase requests against inventory records and stock on hand to optimize procurement decisions.
- Run daily purchase requisition reports and convert as necessary to ensure accurate forecasting and ordering.
- Create purchase orders with local vendors for specific demand requirements and expedite delivery to meet deadlines.
- Confirm vendor acknowledgements and verify delivery meets required customer dates.
- Record order confirmations and late notifications to stakeholders.
