">We are currently seeking an experienced Consultant to join our Talent Acquisition team. This exciting opportunity will see you play a key role in shaping our recruitment strategy, working closely with senior leaders to identify and attract top talent.
">Main Responsibilities

- Talent Sourcing: Develop targeted attraction strategies and campaigns to meet organisational objectives and strategic direction.">
- Recruitment Operations: Provide effective administration, procurement and accounting services, including budget and financial performance, reporting and advice for continuous improvement strategies.">
- Candidate Engagement: Perform regular audits of candidate data to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance, including to provide regular status updates for end-to-end recruitment campaign activities.">
- Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and build networks to identify opportunities aligned with team and organisational objectives.">

- SAP Training: Experience with SAP training or experience in financial or procurement systems.">
- Data Analysis: Experience in data extraction, manipulation, analysis and presentation of candidate and diversity information for recruitment and selection campaigns.">
- Recruitment Expertise: Experience in large-scale recruitment processes.">
Salary and Benefits
">This role comes with a highly competitive salary package, estimated to be around $4,100 - $4,600 per fortnight, depending on your level of experience.
