About the Role
The Fire Response Specialist will be responsible for:
- Responding to emergency incidents, including fires and other hazards;
- Promoting fire safety awareness within their local community;
- Participating in regular training exercises to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to respond effectively in emergency situations;
- Maintaining accurate records of incidents and responses;
- Providing support to colleagues and the broader community during emergency events.
Key Requirements
- Australian citizenship or permanent residency;
- A current C Class driver's license;
- High school certificate or equivalent;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond to emergencies as needed;
- Strong communication and teamwork skills;
- Physical fitness to perform duties in a variety of weather conditions.
