About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Mental Health Clinician to join our team at EACH Victoria. As a key member of our Youth Enhanced Services (YES) Program, you will play a crucial role in delivering advanced psychological interventions to adolescents aged 12-18.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and deliver specialist counselling for young individuals, focusing on severe mental illness
  • Supervise and mentor junior clinicians to maintain exceptional service standards
  • Exceed service targets and ensure accurate documentation of service delivery
  • Collaborate with local stakeholders for coordinated client care and develop referral pathways
  • Provide clinical leadership and contribute to clinical supervision sessions

The YES Program is a pivotal initiative, delivering personalized care to adolescents through a combination of comprehensive therapies and multidisciplinary team approaches. About You

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced mental health professional who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people. You will bring a blend of dedication and extensive expertise in individual therapy to adolescents and young adults, demonstrating your deep understanding of mental health, trauma, and youth-related issues.

Your qualifications, skills, and experience include:

  • A minimum Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline, with a preference for a Master's degree and accreditation by the relevant governing body
  • Proficiency in therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, and mindfulness
  • Demonstrated strengths in clinical supervision and leadership, ensuring exceptional service delivery and fostering a collaborative team environment
