Support Worker Opportunity

We're looking for a proactive and caring individual to join our team as a support worker. This role involves providing day-to-day support to an exceptional young man who is determined to make every day count.

This is more than a job – it's about being part of a team that helps him live life to the fullest. We're building an inclusive and dynamic team around him, and we need someone who can keep up with his enthusiasm and energy.

The successful candidate will be responsible for helping with personal care, meals, medication, and other essential tasks. They'll also have the opportunity to get involved in various activities such as 4WDing, music, fashion, and more.

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have experience in disability support (or similar) and hold a Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability, Aged Care, or equivalent). You'll also need to possess solid communication and teamwork skills, flexibility for shifts, weekends, and public holidays, and current driver's license and reliable transport.

Requirements
  • Cert III in Individual Support (Disability, Aged Care, or equivalent)
