At our gaming room, we're seeking a talented and experienced professional to join our team as a Game Manager. This exciting role involves leading a dynamic team of staff, ensuring the smooth operation of the gaming area, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for customers.

  • Assume responsibility for managing the gaming room, overseeing daily activities, and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of gaming laws, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and minimize risks.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve exceptional service standards, promote a positive work environment, and foster growth and development opportunities.

For this opportunity, you will need:

  • Proven experience in leadership or management roles within a gaming or hospitality environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills to effectively manage conflicts, build rapport, and drive results.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating adaptability, resilience, and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Current RSA and RSG/RCG certifications as required by state regulations.
