About the Position

We are seeking a Passionate Hospitality Leader to join our team as a Gaming Manager.

The successful candidate will assist the Venue Leadership Team in leading and operating the Hotel's Gaming Room, combining both front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) duties.

A key requirement for this role is prior experience in a similar position. Our ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills and be able to create a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Supporting the Venue's Leadership Team with day-to-day gaming operational requirements.
  2. Leading a team of gaming staff to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
  3. Maintaining exceptional venue standards in relation to cleanliness and presentation.
  4. Creating a positive work environment that allows team members to thrive.
  5. Ensuring compliance with legislative requirements.
  6. Rotating rostered shifts, including opens, mids, closes, weekends, and public holidays.
  7. Possessing a current/valid RSA & RSG.
