Critical Care Veterinary Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate veterinary nurse to join our ECC team at Greencross Vet Hospital.
This is an exciting opportunity for a nurse wanting to further their knowledge and experience in ECC or ready to make the move from GP to ECC.
The successful candidate will have a Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing or equivalent qualification, be proficient in IV catheter placement, blood sampling, and anesthesia monitoring.
They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations.
We offer ongoing training and development opportunities, including certifications like RECOVER and ALS rescuer certification. You will enjoy flexible rostering with no on-call shifts and staff discounts on veterinary services for your pets.
We require a passion for providing exceptional care to animals and their owners, with a willingness to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as part of a rotating roster.
