About the Role
  • Manage a team across reception, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services to ensure seamless park operations.
  • Drive a positive and performance-focused culture that fosters growth and productivity.
  • Ensure the park's financial performance is optimized through effective management of P&L and revenue opportunities.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, compliant, and welcoming environment for guests.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including revenue, HR, and marketing to achieve business objectives.
  • Be available for after-hours operational needs as required.

You will bring:

  • Proven leadership experience in holiday parks, hospitality, accommodation, or tourism.
  • Strong people leadership and performance management skills to drive team success.
  • Strong financial acumen including budget management and cost controls to optimize park performance.
  • Great communication and team development skills to build a high-performing team.
  • Tech confidence, especially with RMS or similar systems (preferred).
  • A valid driver's licence.
  • Willingness to live on-site as part of your total package.
