Front-Line Healthcare Professional Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Nurse to join our team as a Practice Nurse/Triage Nurse. This role involves identifying and triaging suitable patients, providing front-line care, and working alongside General Practitioners.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough nursing assessments to efficiently manage patient flow.
  • Deliver high-quality patient care and take decisive actions for patients requiring emergency attention or experiencing health deterioration.
  • Offer healthcare-related education to patients as needed.
  • Complete all documentation accurately and promptly.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A clinical background in General Practice and/or Triage with strong critical thinking skills.
  • Providing compassionate, empathetic care to patients and their families whilst maintaining a professional approach.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Effective time management and prioritization.
  • Flexibility to work across all shifts/days, including weekends and Public Holidays.
  • Current ALS/CPR AHPRA Registration.
