About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Specialist Family Violence Practitioner to provide outreach case management support to women and women with children who have experienced or are currently experiencing family violence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide case management support to clients in accordance with TSA case management models and standards of practice
  • Assess client's issues from initial intake to exit and develop individual case plans in collaboration with clients
  • Implement and lead case plans, monitoring and reviewing progress regularly
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Social Work (essential)
  • Experience working in family violence sector (desirable)
  • Experience in specialist family violence and/or child well-being work (highly desirable)
  • Demonstrated case management experience and skills
  • Highly developed time management and work prioritisation skills with an ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
  • Advanced computer skills including experience in data and record management
  • A Victorian Driver's Licence (essential)
