Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

Key Responsibilities- Develop a deep understanding of clients' business requirements and objectives, configuring systems to meet client needs.
- Create and deliver high-quality demonstrations and presentations to clients on SuccessFactors' products, focusing on the SAP SuccessFactors Talent Suite.
- Assist in developing training materials and conduct client training sessions, ensuring quality control of consultant configurations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve assigned system defects, collaborating with project managers to maintain project work within budget.
- Adhere to software implementation standards and best practices, participating in weekly internal team meetings.
- Enhance knowledge of modules and best practices, accurately tracking and reporting time and expenses.
- Coach junior consultants on project implementation, performing other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or Business.
- Professional SuccessFactors module certifications in two or more modules.
- 5 years of SuccessFactors consultant experience.
- 3-5 years of Human Resource business experience or familiarity with key Human Resources concepts.
- Experience in SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment, Marketing, and Onboarding modules.
