A seasoned expert in GRC & SecOps is sought to drive the implementation of ServiceNow as a key member of a collaborative project team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead technical aspects of project delivery and solution implementation, presenting complex concepts to stakeholders.
  • Configure applications, workflows, and UI elements, working effectively within diverse project teams.
  • Identify customer use cases, requirements, and relevant inputs for successful deployment.
  • Promote innovation and best practices for service offerings and implementation methodologies.
  • Mentor colleagues, customers, and partners in configuration best practices for Security Operations and GRC application suites.
About this Role
