We are seeking motivated individuals to work as casual event customer service staff at a premier country music festival in Queensland, Australia. You will be working outdoors with your team members to provide exceptional customer service and resolve ticketing queries.
Key Responsibilities:- Scanning tickets efficiently
- Providing general customer service with a can-do attitude
- Selling tickets and resolving ticketing issues
- Availability to work multiple shifts between Wednesday and Sunday in March in Ipswich
- Excellent levels of customer service and a positive demeanor
- Reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail
- Exceptional personal presentation and a professional image
- The ability to learn systems and follow procedures accurately
- Appropriate work rights in Australia
