About the Role

As a Senior Organisational Development Consultant at SA Health, you will play a crucial role in driving the operational delivery of organisational development projects that enhance continuous improvement, performance, and accountability. Reporting to the Manager, Organisational Development, you will contribute significantly to fostering a culture that aligns with our workforce goals and objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Development, delivery, and evaluation of a suite of Organisational Development projects within our People First Strategy, including leadership development and career progression initiatives.
  • Lead initiatives to support teams and help them thrive.
  • Work collaboratively across CALHN to provide professional advice and support to both management and teams on complex organisational development matters.

About CALHN

The Central Adelaide Local Health Network includes South Australia's major quaternary facility, the Royal Adelaide Hospital, The Queen Elizabeth Hospital, the Hampstead Rehabilitation Centre, and the Repat Health Precinct. We also deliver mental health services at Glenside Health Services and at a range of other locations across the metropolitan and regional areas.
