We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Senior Beauty Consultant/Beauty Therapist to join our Adelaide Pharmacy team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service, providing expert advice on health and beauty products.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers, ensuring they feel valued and supported.
  • Process transactions efficiently and effectively using our point-of-sale systems.
  • Maintain a visually appealing store environment, ensuring a welcoming experience for customers.
  • Promote the value of National Pharmacies membership to customers.

Requirements:

  • Excellent product knowledge and presentation skills.
  • Extensive experience in managing a beauty counter.
  • Confidence in delivering exceptional customer service and advice.
  • Ability to relate well with customers and teammates.
  • Willingness to continue learning about our products and services.
  • Adaptability and flexibility.
