
Senior Stakeholder Relations Specialist

As an expert in stakeholder and community engagement, you will shape our approach to connecting with people, communities, and partners across the NT. This role demands not only engagement expertise but also insight into social performance and cultural dynamics.
Your Impact
- Develop effective strategies to strengthen trust and reputation.
- Lead sponsorships and events showcasing our commitment to the Territory.
- Build strong relationships with Traditional Owners, Indigenous organisations, community groups, government, and industry partners.
- Provide trusted advice on community engagement risks, opportunities, and best practice.
- Create clear communication materials for internal and external audiences.
- Apply project management skills to manage competing priorities and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
About You
You thrive in fast-paced environments where no two days are the same.
You will bring:
- Proven experience in stakeholder and community engagement, ideally within mining or related sectors.
- Strong capability in event management and sponsorship delivery.
- Excellent planning and analytical skills.
- The ability to navigate complex issues with diplomacy, cultural awareness, and integrity.
- Demonstrated experience working with Traditional Owners and Indigenous communities.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in communications, public relations, or similar.
