Supply Chain Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a strategic and experienced supply chain professional to lead the end-to-end supply planning and scheduling process across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement supply planning processes, including sales and operations planning (S&OP), production planning, scheduling, and inventory management.
  • Oversee raw material purchasing, drive capacity and production planning, ensure efficient production scheduling, manage inventory levels, and optimize supply chain operations.
  • Minimize third-party logistics (3PL) storage costs through improved inventory management and planning practices.
  • Lead monthly S&OP meetings, support local implementation of global improvement projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and seamless execution.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain Management, Engineering or related discipline.
  • 7+ years' of progressive experience in supply chain, operations planning, or manufacturing.
  • Minimum 5 years proven leadership experience in Australia with a passion for coaching, mentoring, and empowering planning professionals.
  • Strategic and hands-on mindset, proven expertise in production and materials requirements planning to ensure timely production schedules.
  • Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of building trusted cross-functional partnerships.
