**The Opportunity**

They are currently seeking an experienced Safety Advisor to join their project team for a multi-level age care project valued at $75mil. This role offers the chance to collaborate with a well-resourced team, comprising a Site Manager, Foreman, Project Engineer, and others, who have a proven track record in implementing safe work practices.

**Key Responsibilities**

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant safety regulations, identifying potential hazards, and developing strategies to mitigate risks. They will also work closely with the project team to implement safe work procedures and monitor progress.

**Requirements**

To be considered for this role, candidates should possess a strong background in risk management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. A salary range of **$120,000 - $150,000 per annum** reflects the importance of this position in ensuring the success of this high-profile project.
