Infinite Care, a leading provider of residential aged care services, seeks an exceptional leader to fill the role of Residential Aged Care Facility Director at our state-of-the-art facility in Toowoomba. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, with experience in senior management positions within aged care facilities. You will lead a team of dedicated professionals in delivering exceptional clinical care, customer service, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve operational excellence, improve resident outcomes, and drive business growth.
  • Leverage your expertise in aged care accreditation standards, legislation, and funding models to ensure compliance and optimize resources.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, promoting open communication, feedback, and continuous learning among staff.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless care transitions and exceptional customer experiences.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and analytics to inform data-driven decision-making and evaluate program effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Senior leadership experience in aged care, with a proven track record of success in managing teams, budgets, and operations.
  • Strong knowledge of aged care accreditation standards, legislation, and funding models.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • A degree in a relevant field (e.g., nursing, healthcare management, or business administration).

What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary range of $150,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
