About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Administration Officer to join our team at Tarcoola Residential Aged Care Home in Tara, Queensland. As an integral part of our front-of-house operations, you will provide exceptional administrative support to our Managers, ensuring seamless day-to-day activities.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing effective operational administrative activities, ensuring smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
  • Assisting with new admissions, liaising with residents, families, and loved ones to ensure a positive transition into care.
  • Maintaining accurate records, preparing and managing documents, spreadsheets, and site inductions as required.
  • Supporting the Manager in updating and managing staff rosters, processing invoices, and maintaining petty cash.
