Financial Insights Analyst Role

This is a pivotal position within our organization, focusing on revenue recognition and financial reporting.

  • Data validation and preparation for revenue recognition and client claim submissions in accordance with contractual requirements.
  • Collaboration with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of claims.
  • Monitoring and managing aged claims, rejections, and underclaims to maintain a healthy ledger and support cash flow forecasting.
  • Designing and maintaining dashboards and reports using Excel and Power BI for financial insights.
  • Partnering with commercial, finance, and project teams to resolve disputes and optimize revenue outcomes.
  • Supporting continuous improvement through mentoring junior team members and contributing to process enhancements.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Advanced data analytical skills with strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUP. This is essential.
  • Proficiency in SAP or ability to quickly learn is desirable.
  • Experience in accounts receivable, project accounting, or similar operational finance roles.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to manage high-pressure workloads and meet multiple deadlines.
