This is an exciting opportunity to take on a challenging role as a Project Management and Contract Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and guidance to projects, ensuring that strategies align with overall regional objectives.

The ideal candidate will have excellent project management skills, including the ability to develop and implement contracts, manage supplier relationships, and monitor progress. They will also have strong negotiation skills, able to negotiate and implement contract variations to meet project needs.

  • Develop and issue variations following award, and lead strategic and tactical plans to meet project needs.
  • Implement contracts, manage supplier relationships, and monitor progress, providing regular status reports.
  • Resolve commercial issues associated with supplier performance, cost recovery, and contractual disputes.
  • Administer and conduct supplier pre-qualification, assessment, and ongoing evaluation.
  • Ensure compliance to quality, safety, health, legal, and community standards and policies.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of project management principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and will have a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
