We are seeking a visionary leader to drive our digital strategy and growth.

About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our digital consulting teams. As Director of Digital Services, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our digital strategy, driving innovation, and fostering collaboration across the business.

  • Lead bids and shape tailored consulting strategies that anticipate evolving market needs.
  • Inspire and empower high-performing teams in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Cultivate partnerships and networks that fuel innovation and delivery.
  • Provide thought leadership in digital services and emerging technologies.
  • Act as Project Director or Manager on key initiatives.
  • Drive strategic direction and continuous improvement across the business unit.
  • Monitor performance, optimise resource allocation, and ensure profitability.
  • Embed frameworks for quality, safety, and sustainability.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field; postgraduate qualifications are highly regarded.
  • Proven leadership in digital consulting or related services.
  • Deep expertise in one or more of the following: Visualisation, GIS, Digital Engineering, or Data Science.
  • Strong commercial acumen and a track record of delivering results.
  • Exceptional communication, coaching, and stakeholder engagement skills.
