Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced pharmaceutical sales representative to join our team at Theramex. As a Women's Health Sales Specialist, you will play a key role in promoting our portfolio of women's health products to healthcare professionals and delivering sales and performance targets for your territory.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing industry, with a strong focus on women's health. You will be responsible for:

  • Achieving sales and performance targets through effective execution of our sales and marketing strategy.
  • Producing and executing high-quality business plans to drive business growth.
  • Monitoring and analyzing data and market conditions to identify business opportunities.
  • Building and maintaining continuous learning and professional development to ensure therapeutic area expertise, deep product knowledge, and an understanding of the women's health environment.
  • Planning effective HCP interactions and utilizing effective selling and communication skills to tailor sales calls to each customer's needs.
  • Contributing to building a constructive and high-performing women's health sales team culture.

Your Background

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Prior pharmaceutical sales experience with a track record of success.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Skilled in business planning, analysis, and leveraging insights.
  • Ability to effectively communicate medical information to customers in a clear and compelling way.
  • Customer-focused with experience using multiple tools, channels, and techniques for maximum impact.
  • Demonstrated learning agility and commitment to personal growth and continuous improvement.
  • Bachelor's degree (science or business preferred).
  • Available to travel in line with business needs.
  • Valid driver's license and safe driving record.

Desirable Qualifications

Prior experience in women's health and launch experience would be advantageous but not essential.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $80,000 per annum, plus superannuation and other benefits. This is a competitive package that reflects the importance of this role in driving business growth and delivering results.

Location

This role is based in South Australia, with regular travel throughout the region required.
