Infrastructure Project Lead

We are seeking an experienced project lead to oversee the delivery of a complex infrastructure upgrade in Sydney's west.

The project involves road widening, intersection upgrades, and shared user paths, delivered in a live traffic environment.

The successful candidate will have significant experience in roads and bridgeworks, with a proven track record of delivering major infrastructure projects as a project manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the full project lifecycle from planning and procurement through to completion and handover
  • Lead a technically strong, collaborative team
  • Deliver projects within budget and timeframes
  • Manage stakeholders and ensure effective communication throughout the project

Requirements:

  • Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification
  • 15+ years' experience in the construction industry
  • 8+ years leading major infrastructure projects as a project manager
  • Proven delivery of TfNSW projects and in-depth understanding of their standards and processes
  • Strong commercial acumen particularly in programming subcontractor management and stakeholder engagement
