Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced talent acquisition specialist to join our team. As a key member of the recruitment team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with employers, understanding their employment needs, and matching job-ready candidates with suitable employment opportunities.

This is a commercially focused role that requires a professional recruitment service to both EPlus employers and participants. We are looking for someone who can take time to understand our employers' businesses, engage job-ready candidates, and achieve sustainable employment outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • BUILDING STRONG EMPLOYER RELATIONSHIPS: Proactively developing and maintaining positive relationships with employers to understand their employment needs and preferences.
  • EMPLOYMENT NEEDS ANALYSIS: Conducting thorough analysis of employers' businesses, employment needs, and processes to identify potential recruitment solutions.
  • CANDIDATE ENGAGEMENT: Engaging job-ready candidates to present them with suitable employment opportunities and providing support throughout the recruitment process.
  • SUSTAINABLE EMPLOYMENT OUTCOMES: Working closely with employers to match them with the right candidates and achieve sustainable employment outcomes.
