High-Quality Image Capture Specialist

The successful candidate will be responsible for capturing high-quality images in various settings, working closely with clients and team members to understand their vision and goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute photo shoots based on project requirements and deadlines.
- Capture images using industry-standard equipment, adjusting lighting, camera settings, and other technical aspects as necessary.
- Edit and enhance photos using Adobe Creative Suite or similar software.
- Work closely with clients, team members, and other stakeholders to ensure all parties are informed and aligned.
- Manage and maintain photo archives, ensuring all files are properly organized and backed up.
- Assist with content creation for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.
- Stay updated with photography trends, techniques, and new technology to improve the quality of work.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a photographer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating variety.
- Proficiency in editing software (Adobe Creative Suite or similar).
- Strong understanding of photography equipment and principles.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to take direction and collaborate effectively with others.
Work Environment:
- Flexible schedule with ability to travel for on-location shoots.
- Some evening or weekend work may be required for events or special projects.
